The first meeting is an exciting step!  My goal is to understand your nonprofit's needs and make suggestions within the meeting and an action plan for larger or longer term needs.  I suggest bringing nonprofit leaders from executive, accounting, development, grant, and programs.  The sessions are booked in 1 hour increments which can be added on to in a single day or multiple sessions.

Absolutely not!  Your CPA will still prepare your tax returns, complete your year-end financials, and be an important resource.  Social media posts and online coursework do not substitute a professional who knows your nonprofit intimately.   You are your nonprofit's best advocate and first line of defense.  Conversations with your CPA, lawyers, grantors, donors, and each other will become much more meaningful and impactful when armed with the core knowledge. shared here
